A Michigan jail inmate has filed a federal lawsuit alleging his civil rights are being violated because he’s denied access to porn. Kyle B. Richards, jailed on bank robbery charges, claims the lack of pornographic material subjects him to a “poor standard of living” and “both sexual and sensory deprivation.”
